Construction, contractors & developers

Content for Detroit construction companies

General contractors, trades, developers and owners. We document the build from the air and the ground, then turn it into content that wins bids, recruits crews and keeps stakeholders informed.

What we do

How we help

Every project is scoped to what you need. These are the pieces we deliver most often.

Progress aerials

Repeatable flight paths and waypoints so every month lines up. See construction drone photography and video.

Milestone films

Groundbreakings, toppings-out, ribbon cuttings and grand openings, cut for LinkedIn, owners and press.

Recruiting content

Crew stories and day-on-site reels that help you hire trades and field staff.

Aerial timelapse

Months of progress in 30 seconds. See aerial timelapse.

Site photography

Photos for proposals, award submissions, websites and owner reports.

Social media

Monthly LinkedIn and Instagram content that shows the work and the people doing it.

The build is the story

Construction companies have the most visual work in the city and usually the least content. Every site changes every week, and the people who decide who gets the next contract are watching LinkedIn. We shoot the work as it happens, from the air and on the ground, and turn it into the content that wins the next bid and the next hire.

Progress you can line up

Our progress aerials use saved flight paths so the same angle repeats every visit. Over a year that becomes a timelapse of the whole project, and every month it becomes a clean update for owners and investors. We have documented sites from the Hudson’s block to the Gordie Howe International Bridge approach and Centennial Park on the riverfront.

One visit, every channel

A single site visit gives you aerials, ground video, crew interviews and stills. We cut them for LinkedIn, Instagram, owner reports and the website, so the marketing coordinator gets a folder they can use, not raw footage. Tell us about the project.

Process

How a project runs

No surprises. You know who is on your project, what it costs and when you get files.

Site brief

Scope, safety requirements, access windows and airspace check for the site.

Baseline flight

First visit sets the waypoints, angles and altitudes we will repeat.

Monthly capture

Same shots, same light where possible, plus milestones as they happen.

Deliver and post

Edited clips and stills within days, formatted for LinkedIn, Instagram, owner decks and the website.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can you fly over an active site downtown?
Yes. Much of downtown Detroit is controlled airspace, and we hold the FAA authorizations to fly there. We coordinate with your superintendent on timing, keep the aircraft away from crews and cranes, and follow your site safety rules.
How often should we shoot progress?
Our standard program flies twice a month, which keeps pace with most vertical construction and lines up with monthly draw and owner reports. Slower phases can drop to monthly, and fast-moving or high-profile sites can go weekly. We schedule the visits up front so nothing is missed.
What do construction companies actually use the content for?
Owner updates, LinkedIn, proposals and RFQ responses, award entries, recruiting, and the website. One site visit usually feeds all of them.
Do you work with safety and insurance requirements?
We carry liability insurance, provide certificates on request, wear required PPE and complete site orientations when needed.
