What we do

What’s included

Every project is scoped to what you need. These are the pieces we deliver most often.

Monthly content day

A planned shoot each month, with a shot list built around your promotions, seasons and launches.

Photo library

Edited photos organized by use: product, people, space, seasonal.

Short-form video

Vertical clips with hooks and captions. See short-form video.

Aerials

Drone stills and clips for properties, venues and events. See drone and aerial.

Ad creative

Variations sized and paced for Meta and TikTok ads.

Shared library

A running, searchable library of everything we have shot for you.

Fresh content without the scramble

Most businesses know they should post more, update their website photos and test new ads. What stops them is the content. A retainer solves that with a simple rhythm: one planned content day a month, a library that keeps growing and files ready for every channel.

Planned around your calendar

Before each quarter we map your promotions, seasons, events and launches. Each content day then has a clear shot list: the new menu, the patio opening, the holiday push, the team. Nothing is shot just to fill a folder.

One crew, every format

Because our crew shoots photo, video and drone, a single content day covers what would otherwise take three vendors. Every file is delivered sized for your feed, ads, website, email and Google Business Profile.

Retainer or in-house?

Hiring an in-house creator makes sense for some businesses. For many, a retainer delivers more variety and gear for less than a salary. Our agency vs. freelancer vs. in-house guide compares the options honestly. Talk to us about a retainer.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What is a content retainer?
A monthly agreement where we plan, shoot and edit a set amount of photo and video for your business. You get a steady supply of fresh content without booking a new project every time.
How is this different from social media management?
A content retainer delivers the photos and videos; your team posts them. Social media management adds strategy, posting, community management and paid social on top of the content.
How much content do we get each month?
A half-day retainer typically delivers 30 or more edited photos and four to six vertical clips. A full day doubles the photo count and adds more clips and ad variations.
Can we change what we shoot month to month?
Yes. We plan quarterly but adjust each month for new menu items, events, launches or whatever is working best.
Who owns the content?
You do, for the uses listed in your agreement, which cover your website, social media, ads, email and print.
