What we do

What’s included

Every project is scoped to what you need. These are the pieces we deliver most often.

Event photography

Candids, speakers, sponsors, details and crowds, with selects delivered fast for press and social.

Recap and sizzle reels

A 60 to 120 second recap that sells next year’s tickets and sponsorships.

Same-night social edits

Vertical clips edited on site or overnight so you can post while attendees are still talking about it.

Aerial coverage

Drone shots of the venue and crowd, planned around FAA rules for flying over people and stadium restrictions.

Speaker and session capture

Multi-camera recording of keynotes and panels with clean audio.

Sponsor deliverables

Logo placements, activations and sponsor-specific clips they can share.

Coverage that works while the event is still happening

The value of event content drops by the hour. By the time most recap videos arrive, attendees have moved on and the conversation is over. We plan for speed: an on-site editor turns vertical clips around the same night, photo selects follow within a day or two, and the polished recap arrives while you are still selling next year.

Planned around your run of show

Good event coverage is mostly positioning. We study your schedule, the moments that matter, VIPs and sponsor obligations, then place photographers and camera operators so nothing on the list is missed. Sponsors get content they can use, speakers get clean audio and the room gets shot at its fullest.

Aerials, done legally

Drone shots give an event scale, but the rules are strict. FAA regulations limit flying over people, and the airspace around Comerica Park and Ford Field closes on game days. Some events bring their own temporary flight restrictions. We plan aerials from compliant positions and check every restriction before we promise a shot. Our game-day airspace guide explains the most common one.

After the event

The same crew can turn event footage into year-round content: sponsor reels, highlight clips and teasers for the next edition. Tell us about your event.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How fast can we get photos and video after the event?
We can deliver vertical social clips the same night when an on-site editor is booked. Photo selects typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours and a polished recap within about a week.
Can you fly a drone over the crowd?
FAA rules restrict flying over people, and sustained flight over open-air crowds is limited to aircraft that meet specific requirements. We plan aerials of the venue and crowd from compliant positions and check for stadium and special-event flight restrictions.
Do you cover multi-day conferences and festivals?
Yes. Multi-day events get a coverage plan per day and a shared delivery folder that updates as we go.
Can you capture sponsor content?
Yes. Tell us each sponsor’s deliverables and we will build them into the shot list so sponsors get content they can share.
How much does event videography cost in Detroit?
Event photography starts at $900, photo and video coverage at $2,500 and full multi-camera coverage with aerials and same-night edits at $5,000.
