Coverage that works while the event is still happening
The value of event content drops by the hour. By the time most recap videos arrive, attendees have moved on and the conversation is over. We plan for that: an on-site editor can cut vertical clips at the event, and the photo selects and polished recap are scheduled in the quote so they land while you are still selling next year.
Planned around your run of show
Good event coverage is mostly positioning. We study your schedule, the moments that matter, VIPs and sponsor obligations, then place photographers and camera operators so nothing on the list is missed. Sponsors get content they can use, speakers get clean audio and the room gets shot at its fullest.
Aerials, done legally
Drone shots give an event scale, but the rules are strict. FAA regulations limit flying over people, and the airspace around Comerica Park and Ford Field closes on game days. Some events bring their own temporary flight restrictions. We plan aerials from compliant positions and check every restriction before we promise a shot.
