What we do

How we help

Every project is scoped to what you need. These are the pieces we deliver most often.

Pre-construction

Site aerials and neighborhood context for approvals, investors and early interest.

Construction progress

Scheduled flights from fixed points plus milestone content. See construction aerials.

Launch content

Hero film, aerials, amenity tour and photography. See real estate aerials.

Leasing content

A monthly supply of short vertical clips for leasing teams and social.

Neighborhood stories

The restaurants, parks and streets around your building, told by a team that shoots them every week.

Launch reach

Paid social and creator campaigns that put a new building in front of Metro Detroit renters and buyers.

Detroit is building. We document it.

Few cities have as much development underway on their riverfront and in their neighborhoods as Detroit. Every new building has to answer the same question for renters, buyers and tenants: why here? Aerials show the river and the skyline, interiors show the finishes, and neighborhood stories show what life around the building is actually like. We produce all three.

A year of content from one relationship

Development marketing works best as a series, not a single shoot. Progress aerials from groundbreaking give investors and future residents something to follow. Milestones like topping out give press something to cover. The launch shoot gives leasing its core library. Monthly clips during lease-up keep the building visible. Our development marketing timeline lays out each phase.

The neighborhood is the product

People rent a building, but they choose a neighborhood. We shoot Detroit’s restaurants, parks and streets every week. We bring that knowledge to your project and tell the story of the blocks around it, the part of a listing that most marketing leaves out. Plan your project with us.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

When should a development start marketing?
Earlier than most do. Site aerials and progress content can start at groundbreaking, which gives you a year or more of material for investors, pre-leasing and press before the building opens.
What content does a leasing team need?
A hero property film, a photo library of units and amenities, neighborhood content and a steady stream of short vertical clips for social and listing platforms. Fresh content matters more during lease-up than one polished video.
Can you help with pre-leasing before the building is finished?
Yes. Progress aerials, views from the site, neighborhood stories and model units carry pre-leasing until the finished spaces can be shot.
Do you work with brokers on single listings too?
Yes. Listing aerials and property films are available on their own. See our real estate drone photography page for packages.
